Treatment and  expedition

Orders are generally processed between 24 and 48 hours. They are sent according to your choice by Mondial Relay or via the Colissimo postal service. Whatever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online with a tracking number

Time limit

Allow 2 to 3 days after shipment of your package, excluding weekends and public holidays, for Colissimo delivery and 4 to 6 days for Mondial Relay. Be aware that these delays may be extended in the event of traffic disruption.
